Mediajist books are supported by all modern smartphones and desktop devices! There are plenty of devices that should work perfectly with Mediajist books. These devices include any Apple phone or tablet, modern Android device or desktop computer. Additionally, the majority of mobile reading devices, such as Kindle readers with built in web browsers, will also work with Mediajist books.

A confirmation will be sent to the email that was used when you created your account after you cancel your membership. You may update your email either with a live representative or through our contact form. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, please reach out to a support representative. You should not be receiving any further charges after you have successfully cancelled your membership and received a confirmation email. If you receive charges by mistake, please immediately contact one of our live representatives who will resolve the issue.
We allow you to cancel your membership at any time. Although you may have cancelled your membership, you will still retain access to your account for the remainder of your term, but you will not be billed any further.

Kindly allow 24 hours for your refund to process. You will also receive a confirmation via the email we have for you on file. Please wait 3 to 7 business days for a refund or credit to be visible in your account.
